????????????Cycle Path Upgrade???????????? After 5 years of lobbying the council we are finally getting the link path between Hazel Avenue and the cycle path upgraded to a tarmac path. This is part of the larger project to connect Menstrie to Alva with a new path running on the north side of the Diageo site. This will then connect to the existing path under the humpback bridge on Tullibody Road. As you can see by the pictures the work is well underway, so hopefully be completed in a few months ???? ... Due to absence of interest, we do not intend arranging an AGM. The existing committee members have agreed to remain on the Committee for the coming year. An external verifier has checked and approved the 2022/23 accounts as an accurate record of expenditure and income. This information is available for inspection on request. Over the summer months every household on the estate will receive a newsletter detailing the maintenance programme for the coming year. Clacks Council will be carrying our essential repairs to the Menstrie to Tullibody section of the cycle path starting next week. Diversions will be in place for a week or so.
