The Resident’s Association is a group of volunteer residents who have come together to manage groundwork challenges and ongoing open space maintenance. Our aim is to enhance living in Menstrie Mains Estate.
We are a fully constituted group. Our financial records are audited annually by an independent verifier.
Our main task is to oversee the open space areas within the estate. To this end an annual contract has been agreed with a local contractor. Residents fund this arrangement through monthly, voluntary, standing order payments.
If you are new to the estate or if you have chosen not to pay, then we do hope you will change your mind. It is not too late to contribute to the monthly costs. A £10.00 monthly Standing Order payment will meet the cost of the expenditure for a programme of regular open space maintenance and other agreed Estate improvements.
Thanks to everyone who has set-up the Standing Order. For those who are still thinking about doing so it will be great if you could please consider making your £10.00 payment on the first of every month.

The Standing Order arrangement is not legally binding, but we can assure you that all of the money goes towards is used to make our Estate attractive, tidy and safe.
We hope that this message will help to encourage every household to share our enthusiasm and join us in this venture. We do not want to return to unkept parks, overgrown grass and untidy shrub areas.
